Role Description We are seeking an E-Car Sales Manager with a substantial background in electric vehicle sales and the Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme. This role is crucial for driving our business success in the EV market. The successful candidate will possess strategic vision, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets related to electric vehicles. ● Foster relationships with potential and existing clients to expand our market reach. ● Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, providing training and motivation to achieve top performance. ● Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors. ● Craft and manage our participation in the Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme, ensuring optimal benefits for both the company and employees. ● Liaise with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that align with the latest market trends. ● Offer expert advice and insights on EV products to both the sales team and clients. ● Manage sales reporting and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for executive decision-making. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ● A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably within the electric vehicle sector. ● Deep understanding of the Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme and its implementation. ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. ● Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
