First week of January is often sold as the best time to be looking for a job, with agencies left right and centre talking about ‘new beginnings’ – in reality case loads are at an all time high, many Social Workers are off sick, and kids are back to school.
It’s no surprise if you might want to take a step back and take stock of what you’ve got! Having had some time to think, month 2 of the year is here. Is it time to make a decision now the noise has settled?

If you are an experienced social worker in children’s services we have roles in anything from MASH, to Fostering (and of course assessment and child protection).
