New Year, Now the dust has settled | Advice without Pressure to Move
First week of January is often sold as the best time to be looking for a job, with agencies left right and centre talking about ‘new beginnings’ – in reality case loads are at an all time high, many Social Workers are off sick, and kids are back to school.
It’s no surprise if you might want to take a step back and take stock of what you’ve got! Having had some time to think, month 2 of the year is here. Is it time to make a decision now the noise has settled?
Seeing what options are out there for you might not be a bad idea. Due to our unique way of working we can take the time to listen to what you want, and what you want to improve about your current situation – be it case load, pay, over bearing manager, or anything else!
No pressure to get your CV sent out, or ‘interviews happening tomorrow’, just a chance to see how we can help improve your working days.
You will get access to roles across the UK, in teams with managers we know and trust, as we work directly with councils not through vendors. If you are an experienced social worker in children’s services we have roles in anything from MASH, to Fostering (and of course assessment and child protection).
If you want to hear more about roles paying up to £50/h, or offshore work outside of IR35, or perhaps looking to have an adventure where you can get up to £250/week in accommodation expenses (or just want a nice team near to home where you feel supported) get in touch with James on 0203 053 1048.
Or apply below with your CV to arrange a chat. Happy new year!
