About the role
The FHS&T Discover & Apply New Technology Senior Scientist is a key member of the Discover & Apply model and exists to drive the de-risking of science & technology partnerships, support and enable the EI COP to share, build and learn across the community to ensure the full EI community potential is unleashed. He/She curates and deploys know how and case studies in the EI COP from BU /Categories and curates the full de-risking learnings/portfolio in Discover & Apply for transfer as required to BUs/Categories.
Role Responsibilities
DISCOVER & APPLY DE-RISKING PORTFOLIO: develops and deploys toolbox for de-risking across the Science & Technology partnerships and translates portfolio into stakeholder engagement for Categories/BUs
EI COP: Managing key supporting enablers for EI COP e.g., key portfolio of subscriptions/partnerships for the COP, accelerate learnings, sharing and transfers across the EI COP
DISCOVER & APPLY ENGAGEMENT: Promotes sharing and reapplying of best practices. Supports communication internally and externally to build programme deliverables and credibility / thought leadership
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science - Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry or Biological science
5+ years in FMCG or Healthcare
Experience in science & Technology management/partnerships
Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking
Communication and influencing skills, ability to lead change
Commercially savvy
