The successful candidate will be supporting carers of all ages, from a wide variety of background across Salford; ensuring they are aware of their rights and the receive the support and services they need at the right time for them.
The role will provide outreach support to carers including in schools, further education establishments, hospital and community venues. They will feedback to the Young and Adult Carers Coordinators on how we can enhance our offer across Salford. The post-holder will also support with creation and development of resources and training, they will ensure that carers are at the forefront of our service.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including both adults and children’s barred list checks.
