- Experience of service delivery in the NHS, either gained from your experience of working in the NHS and social care sector or the Third Sector or in your capacity as a carer.
- Experience of working in a regulatory environment
- Leadership experience within a large and complex organisation
- An understanding of the challenges in relation to the delivery of health and social care services
- The ability to challenge constructively
- Decision making skills
- Communication skills and influencing skills
- Commitment to the NHS Values
