We are looking to recruit an experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor for a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7pm to 5am (45 hours per week).
We are offering a salary of £28,500 per annum with an annual holiday entitlement of 33 days which includes Bank Holidays.

Main Duties
- Coordination of all cleaning services across the site, where directly responsible
- Supervision of cleaning team including training on cleaning standards
- To recruit, train and develop employees, developing an efficient and effective workforce that is competent in the use of cleaning agents and machinery.
- Responsible for use of periodic cleaning equipment for example floor buffer machine, power jet wash, etc… this would include responsibility for troubleshooting, training of others and reporting of faults
- Responsible for the periodic cleaning of the building. Keeping aligned to pre-written schedules whilst maintaining knowledge of periodic cleaning techniques including floor stripping, sealing & polishing, deep carpet shampooing, power jet washing and other periodic techniques as outlined within the periodic cleaning schedule.
- Responsible for the auditing of service and cleaning standards on-site
- Responsible for coordinating improvement plans for the service when audit highlights opportunities to improve
- Responsible for the safety behaviours of the team onsite including training, monitoring and reporting
- Ensure that sufficient colleagues are on site to fulfill the contractual requirements
- Conduct return-to-work interviews and perform absence management processes as required.
- Respond to any HR issues for the staff under your control including investigation.
- Ensure the service is delivered to the standards required
- Ensure that consumables and cleaning stock levels are maintained to agreed levels
- Develop and maintain an effective client relationship
- Undertaking any other tasks as may be appropriate
Professional and Personal Competencies
- Previous corporate office cleaning and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is essential
- Knowledge of Office 365 is essential e.g. word, excel, etc
