Working Hours: Flexible hours with one hour for a lunch break, 35 hours a week, 4 days on and 4 days off

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in customer service delivery and a proven track record of delivering excellent standards.
- Capable of working on own initiative and unsupervised.
- Good knowledge of computer-based systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good knowledge of health and safety procedures and policies.
- Good knowledge in using the equipment and machines on site.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- Ensure that all payroll and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted according to set deadlines.
- Ensure that all sites have correct levels of supplies and equipment in good working order.
- Liaise with the operational management team daily.
- Ensure all operational issues are dealt with effectively.
- Provide management with reports as required.
Requirements:
- Hands-on supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts.
