Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily night operation of the hotel to ensure the smooth running of each night shift
• Respond promptly and be responsible for dealing with any emergency/crisis within the hotel at night, acting as the first point of contact for staff, guests, and emergency services as per the Hotel’s emergency procedures
• Ensure all administration and night audit reports are run on all systems and reconciled and completed to the hotel standard, liaising with relevant departments and/or night team where necessary
• Support the night team by ensuring guest satisfaction is delivered and that any guest complaints/issues are dealt with promptly and professional manner
• In conjunction with Security, conduct internal and external night walks of the hotel to maintain good visibility and awareness in all areas of the hotel
• Oversee all cash and accounting procedures during the night shift, ensuring all billings, payments, and cash floats are carried out accurately and comply with the hotel’s cash handling procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory management experience in hotels or similar industry 
• Knowledge of Property based systems ( Opera/ Knowcross) is an advantage
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
