Equans is looking for a Security Officer to join our team in The National Archives,TW9 4DUon a permanentbasis. This is a Full Timerole working 42 hours on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. On offer is a competitive Salary.
Shift times: 7pm – 7am
What will you deliver?
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the premises. You will patrol designated areas, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to incidents promptly and professionally. Your role will involve enforcing policies, assisting with emergency situations, and providing support to staff as needed.

Who are we looking for?
SIA / CCTV licence
Excellent knowledge and working experience in a high-profile security industry/customer focused environment.
A high-level client/customer focused approach and able to represent the Company in a professional and discreet manner always.
Knowledge of public safety and security
Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
Knowledge of standard security and safety protocols.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Working knowledge of relevant computer applications.
Team-player with a positive attitude to work.
Personal presentation ambitious standards.
