Nights Estates Manager

Your new company
We are seeking an Estates Manager to take responsibility for the management and supervision of the overnight activities across the complex. You will be responsible for achieving high standards of presentation, productivity, efficiency, quality, service, and compliance, while adhering to budgets and required criteria.
Your principal accountabilities will include ensuring effective deployment of activities/tasks, working in conjunction with all departments of the business, monitoring standards, and reporting on all activities to the leadership team and departmental managers.
Your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing the on-site overnight facilities management team (hard and soft services, compliance, health & safety, waste management)
- Work with the senior leadership team to ensure business continuity between the estates and facilities team
- Maintain relationships with on-site clients
- Perform on-site H&S audits
- Be responsible for your relevant department's budgets and performance against KPI's
- Take the lead on emergency response and crisis management
- Project management skills
What you'll need to succeed
- TFM experience in a complex environment
- Soft/hard service specialist skills
- Recognised FM qualification
- Strong people management skills
