We are seeking dedicated General Operative for the nightshift to join and contribute to the success of this award-winning team.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 x 10 hours nights Mon – Thu 21:00pm – 07:00 am
Key Responsibilities:
• General factory cleaning duties
• Assist with assembly as required
• Maintain a keen focus on safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive mindset.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial cleaning environment is
essential
• General cleaning duties
• Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing.
• Experience of high level & low-level cleaning
• Accustomed to working at heights
• Own transport is essential
• £30,933.76 = during 6 months’ probation
• £31,878.20 = subject to successful completion of probation
• £33,588,72 = 12 months onwards
