Responsibilities
- Take the lead on business development for the Nordics region.
- Proactively build new relationships with prospects and develop existing ones further.
- Execute the sales activities for the region which will include direct prospecting, conference attendance and roadshows.
- Articulate trends and product gaps to the investment teams, contributing to capability development.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively including qualifying, progressing and closing opportunities. Ensuring all activity is recorded in the CRM database.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Nordic Sales within asset management.
- Fluency in a Nordic language is a bonus but not essential.
- Deep knowledge of the institutional market across the Nordics.
- Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
- Driven nature with desire to progress.
- Passion for financial markets.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
