What You'll Do:
As the new Business Development Manager you'll be pivotal to the next
growth phase through executing a sales development plan that engages, qualifies and converts prospects to leads. This role will be the first point of contact for new prospects and this role will handover the lead to an Account Executive to close and onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead generation process, from ICP development to first contactand on to the demo phase, ensuring a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Develop a sales process that leverages the best of automation where possible but maintains a human element through voice and video calls and in person meetings where appropriate.
- Work closely with the CRO to analyse activity management, pipeline friction points, win/loss ratios and overall performance health.
- Leverage appropriate opportunities such as industry trade shows, webinars and podcasts in order to develop sales opportunities.
