Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled NPD Manager to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet consumer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines, managing all stages of product development from concept development to commercialisation.
- Drive product innovation by proposing new ideas, formulations, and technologies to enhance the product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth product development processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to beauty product development, ensuring compliance in all stages of the process.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years’ experience in NPD within Beauty & Personal Care is essential.
- Strong understanding of beauty market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new beauty products from concept to market.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics with a creative mindset and a drive for innovation.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to beauty product development.
