Job Description
The NPD Project Manager will be reponsible for:
- Leading new and existing product projects working with varying size project teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Developing project plans using MS Projects, outlining timelines, scope, and budget.
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Facilitating project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful NPD Project Manager should have:
- Worked in project management within the FMCG manufacturing sector - ESSENTIAL.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills - ESSENTIAL.
- A strong understanding of industry regulations and standards - ESSENTIAL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset - ESSENTIAL.
- A relevant degree or qualification such as Prince2 - DESIRABLE
