Responsibilities:

• Familiarise yourself with the nursery's routine to ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with colleagues to devise creative activities and efficiently tackle tasks
• Support key workers by observing EYFS curriculum-based activities to monitor progress
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents and carers to facilitate communication
• Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtimes
• Proactively maintain a safe and enjoyable environment conducive to learning
• Safeguard children and promptly report any welfare concerns to management
• Assist in updating daily diary sheets detailing children's activities and meals

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or obtainable through Randstad)
• Previous experience working with babies and young children
• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Proficiency in the EYFS framework and its implementation
• Genuine passion for enhancing children's development
• Eligibility to work in the UK
