Salary Job Title: Part-Time Level 3 Childcare Practitioner
Are you a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity? We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Part-Time Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. You will work alongside our team to deliver exceptional early years education and care to support the development and well-being of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Ensure the safety and welfare of all children by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Maintain appropriate ratios of children to staff members at all times.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Monitor and record children's progress, behaviors, and achievements, and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary.
Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the childcare setting.Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a Childcare Practitioner, with a strong understanding of safeguarding principles.
Flexibility to work varying shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, based on the needs of the centre.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
