Responsibilities
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure a rich experience for all the children under your care, providing regular updates on children's progress
- Create an atmosphere of trust, security, and comfort
- Implement an innovative, age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with modern teaching methods and approaches
- Regularly observe and assess each child's development, behaviour, and needs. Keep detailed records and share progress with parents and caregivers during parent-teacher meetings
- Minimum of a Level 3 childcare recognised qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NNEB)
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Strong knowledge of modern teaching methods and technology integration in education
