Nursing Home Manager

Role:
As the CQC Home Manager, your primary mission will be to ensure the delivery of outstanding care that complies with the Care Quality Commission standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and high-performing team, driving the home to achieve and maintain an 'Outstanding' rating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to excel in their roles
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in care quality
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality services
- Engage with residents and their families to ensure their needs and expectations are met
Skills & Experience:

- Valid NMC PIN and up to date registration
- Proven track record of managing a care home with a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC rating
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is desirable
