Occupational Health Administrator

• Arranging and booking appointments.
• Management of emails going into a central inbox.
• Meeting and greeting people coming into the unit.
• Managing the filing system.
• Managing and updating files.
• Typing up reports.
• Uploading medical reports to an in-house system.
• Completing day-to-day admin.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent customer service.
• Administration experience.
• The ability to adapt to different situations.
• Work well within a team.
• Proactive approach to work.

What you'll get in return

• Flexible working hours, 36.25 per week.
• £15.33 per hour premium
• Flexible working hours.
• 6 months initially.
