Your new role
- Arranging and booking appointments.
- Management of emails going into a central inbox.
- Meeting and greeting people coming into the unit.
- Managing the filing system.
- Managing and updating files.
- Typing up reports.
- Uploading medical reports to an in-house system.
- Completing day-to-day admin.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent customer service.
- Administration experience.
- The ability to adapt to different situations.
- Work well within a team.
- Proactive approach to work.
What you'll get in return
- Flexible working hours, 36.25 per week.
- 15.33 per hour premium
- Flexible working hours.
- 6 months initially.
