The successful candidate will be supported to provide an effective administration and first line support that contributes to the delivery of a responsive, customer focused Occupational Health service to the organisation and external customers.
You will be able to demonstrate good administrative and organisation skills. You will need to show an understanding of the importance of being able to handle sensitive data and uphold strictest confidentiality. You will be confident in managing the diary of the Occupational Health Advisor and supporting employees through the appointment process.
This is a demanding role which requires a flexible approach, good attention to detail with an empathetic approach to the individuals who come into contact with Occupational Health. The successful applicant must have a customer focus and can-do attitude, with good knowledge of excel, word and Microsoft office.
