This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced individual to provide a comprehensive, confidential and professional administration service to Occupational Health including line management, supervision and delivery of Occupational Health administration.
About the role
In this role you will manage and ensure confidential administrative support is provided to the in-house Occupational Health Team and external Occupational Health suppliers. Reviewing all existing administrative processes and the development of revised administrative support services that maximise the use of ICT to improve Service delivery and provide efficient administrative support for Occupational Health.
You will be working in a clinical setting that requires a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity due to the sensitive information processed within the department.
About you
You will have significant experience of working in a confidential administration environment. Together with significant experience in using Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Teams. You also have experience in amending and creating spreadsheets using excel. Additionally, you will have experience of line and/or office management.
You will have a good understanding of the importance of ensuring confidentiality and security of information in line with Data Protection and can exercise strict confidentiality in the handling of issues of a sensitive nature.
You will exhibit excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills, as well as the ability to prioritise, work independently, meet deadlines, and write clearly and accurately with great attention to detail.
