Occupational Therapist - Community Rapid Response

JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Rapid ResponseOccupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.
The pay for this position is £20- £24 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on going duration.
Community Rapid Response experience or Emergency dept/Acute Ward experience
The service places the user at the heart of the care planning process, and aims to promote independence, deliver outcome focused care, and provide a seamless journey through the care system.
The service will have a single point of access and use a multi-disciplinary assessment and care planning framework.
The service will respond swiftly to service user need and, where possible, will treat people in their own home or normal place of residence.
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
