We are looking for an Office Administrator to work on a permanent basis for a well-established company based in Trafford Park, Manchester
The Package:
The basic salary for the Office Administrator role is 12 per hour
IN this role you will be working 3 days per week, must be Monday and Tuesday plus one other day - The office opens at 7:30, start time to be agreed.
Hours are 8 per day with 30mins unpaid lunch.
This role has the possibility of more hours in the future depending on the business workload
The Role:
As the Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Inputting staff timesheets on the Vixen programme (training will be given)
- Inputting Sub contractor timesheets with purchase orders and sending to relevant Agency and Purchase Ledger.
- Placing Orders on sub-contractors and suppliers
- General office duties include raising invoices, purchase orders and answering the office phone.
The Candidate:
To be the right person for the Office Administrator role you will require:
- Transport to Office at Trafford Park.
- Computer literate.
- Basic Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to cover extra hours due to holidays.
- Must like dogs
