Our client based on the Outskirts of Newmarket is seeking a Production Administrator to join their friendly and well-established team on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording, monitoring and reporting on operational matters, and will be liaising with supervisors and clients and specific issues.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Weigh backs and book backs, fixing stock issues
- Making sure all machines have work and paperwork
- Moving jobs to correct machines where necessary
- Buying of consumables for production and the company
- Designing and printing of labels
- Organising outwork for sub-contractors
- Challenging processes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Comply with health and safety requirements
Key Skills:
- IT proficient
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Organisational skills
- Able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
- Monitoring and reporting KPI s
