Office Administrator

ADERANS EDINBURGH HAIR CENTRE

FULL TIME – PERMANENT

The Role:

Our prestigious Edinburgh Hair Centre is recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator who prides themselves on a high level of accuracy & great attention to detail. Delivering customer service excellence in all communications, you will take ownership of your workload in a busy & fast paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will assist in ensuring the strong financial health of the business, enhancing the overall performance of the whole team.

Recently relocated to Orchard Brae House, you will join the office team in our stunning new Hair Centre, boasting a bespoke salon experience offering all our valued clients our exceptional services in a deluxe and serene environment.

Responsibilities:

· Ownership of agent relationship; first point of contact for all queries, effective organisation of all associated admin, ensuring monthly payment information is met

· Reporting and providing accurate financial information to the Finance Manager

· Providing a high level of professional customer service to all clients

· Managing telephone and e mail queries from clients, hospitals, suppliers, agents and the Company

· Responding to complaints and ensuring effective complaints processes are followed

· Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices and credits on Microsoft Navision accounting software

· Credit control & cash management

· Processing daily sales

· Providing monthly statements to clients & hospitals

· Weekly stock counts, ordering & replenishment of salon products

· General administrative tasks to high level of accuracy

· Extra responsibilities when the Finance Manager is absent

Skills

· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Experience in a similar role is essential

· Starting salary negotiable depending on experience

· Full-time, Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm
