Reed Business Support are recruiting for an all-trades organisation who are looking to add a new Office Administrator to their team due to growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who comes from a strong customer service or administration background who is looking to enhance their skillset. You will play a key part in ensuring that strong working relationships are built and maintained, ensuring five start customer service is always given.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: North East of Edinburgh
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 to 17.00 or 08.30 to 16.30

And what will you be responsible for?
- First point of contact for all customers
- Managing a busy and demanding email inbox
- Dealing with all customer queries
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Diary Management
- Distributing work to specialised engineers
- Liasing with clients on the progress of jobs
- Upselling services and products
- Updating the system making sure all information is up to date
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced in administration or comes from a strong customer service background
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and proactive approach
- Great work ethic
- Punctual
- Sense of humour!
