You will work within our brand-new central Edinburgh office as an Office Administrator, playing a key role in our recently established Operations function. This role provides the chance to learn, grow and develop several onward career paths within 2i and beyond in the fields of Operations.

What about this role?
Areas/Responsibilities:
Day to day Office Management
- Liaise and manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, including Landlord, cleaner, fruit delivery, plant providers, etc.
- Room booking system owner and coordinator
- Financial outlays related to office analysis and reporting to Finance Manager
IT Administration
- Responsible for ordering and coordinating all IT equipment and ensuring the asset register is updated and maintained.
Events Administration
- Events and conferences administration, including ordering catering, room booking, etc.
