Job Opportunity - Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator to join a fast paced, family-run business. With over 500 commercial vehicles, our company is a leader in providing commercial vehicle and plant hire solutions across London and the South-East.
Job Role
Fleet Administration (Dart charge, ULEZ, MOT, accidents, insurance etc)
Planning day-to-day operation of crane used to deliver plant
Ensuring all permits and relative paperwork for vehicles are filled out correct and in a timely manner
Dealing with PCN's
General Administration
Requirements
2+ years experience in administration
Experience within fleet administration is preferred but not required
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Package:
- GBP29,000 per annum
- Office based in Offham, ME19
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- 21 days annual leave + bank holidays
