Office Administrator
We are recruiting for an Office Administrator who will be able to manage daily administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping. Strong communication, a good telephone manner, and customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and skilled at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Answering emails and telephone calls, transferring them as necessary
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Day-to-day reconciliation of invoices
- Matching purchase orders with invoices
- Placing orders with suppliers (with relevant information provided by the Business Development Manager)
The successful applicant must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience of providing reception or administration support
- Reasonable knowledge of generally accepted bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly
- Good telephone manner, experience in dealing with customers and call handling, and a positive, polite, and professional attitude
Benefits:
- £27,000 - 30,000
- Training, where required, will be given

Conditions of Work:
- This role will be fully office based
- Normal hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
