Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Camberley, on a temporary basis.
The Role:
Office Administrator
Hours:
8am - 5:30pm - NO remote working available
Hourly rate:
Up to 13.50ph
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Provide diary management and travel arrangements to the Head of Finance
- Cross check time and attendance records, assist with overtime checking and ensuring payroll documents are in order
- Organise staff meetings
- Assist with employee review meetings
- Act as point of contact to external IT provider
- Coordinate office facilities management
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A team player who can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to plan own workload effectively
- Strong IT skills including all Microsoft office packages
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Good communication with customers and colleagues
