Role Overview: As an Office Administrator, you'll be stepping into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Working alongside a diverse team of individuals, you'll have the opportunity to support both the sales and purchasing departments with a variety of tasks and actions. From handling administrative duties to assisting with day-to-day operations, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with import and export documentation to facilitate smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, to streamline processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address their administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
