Job description

We are a well established garage equipment company based in Shepshed, Leicestershire, supplying local and national clients.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly team.

Your days would include:-

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Advise and offer assistance to customers to identify equipment spares.
  • Update stock records accurately using our industry specific software.
  • Create purchase orders and receive goods in.
  • Maintain warranty database.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Process card payments over the phone.
  • Provide general administrative support to warehouse manager to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
