We are a well established garage equipment company based in Shepshed, Leicestershire, supplying local and national clients.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly team.
Your days would include:-
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Advise and offer assistance to customers to identify equipment spares.
- Update stock records accurately using our industry specific software.
- Create purchase orders and receive goods in.
- Maintain warranty database.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Process card payments over the phone.
- Provide general administrative support to warehouse manager to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
