Skills required:
- Office administration experience.
- To be driven by organisation.
- A good ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good computer skills, including Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to work closely with a management team
- A friendly personality.

More details. The nerdy stuff, you will be good at:
- Creating and keeping realistic deadlines and scheduling.
- Knowing what tasks require immediate attention and which can be delayed, and for how long, is crucial to proper time management.
- Keeping your workspace free from clutter, appropriate filing/record-keeping, and managing your physical resources efficiently are all elements of physical organisation.
- Being a neat freak (that would be great!).
- Filing, record-keeping, and inventory organisation.
- Good at analysing what resources are required, documentation while keeping a big-picture strategy.
- Good at decluttering, concentration, focus, and memory are great skills we need.
- Being an effective communicator, topped with bags of friendliness.
- Being good at keeping the team in the loop with your progress on a project, but it’s equally important to be a good active listener who understands what’s being asked of you and the priorities of various tasks.
- Self-motivation. Sometimes you won't have anyone telling you exactly how to spend your time at work. At moments like these, you must know what tasks are most in need of your time and attention.
- Taking initiative and completing tasks without supervision or assistance will earn you a reputation here.
- With a reputation like that, you’ll notice more opportunities start to come your way.
- If you can also foresee potential issues and create solutions for them ahead of time, you will be a winner here!
- Planning. You know the old saying: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” Planning is all about taking a step back from the assignment at hand and determining the most efficient means for its completion. We look forward to a good planner!
- Collaborating effectively benefits everyone. Asking when you need help with something and being available for team members who need your help.
Training:
- We will provide full training and get you up to speed, if you have a good attitude, you will excel here.
