I am recruiting a Temporary Office Administrator to join a well-established and successful business based in Ellesmere Port. This is a temporary opportunity for circa 2-3 months to cover extended sickness leave. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager you will provide full administrative support to the Planning Team. You will be based full time on site and will be working with a small and friendly team. The role will suit an adaptable, highly organised person who is looking for a varied role with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Control of CMS database and all related databases which effect the planning/coordination process.
- Provide support for booking hotels, transportation, deliveries etc. to maintain day-to-day activities within the business and ensure all job-related costs are captured.
- Support the sales team with contract documentation, asset details and information for Key system.
- Provide support for Planners/Coordinators
- Production of regular reports (KPI's).
- Sourcing equipment and spare parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Respond to all customer and engineer enquiries within a timely manner via phone and email.
- Provide sufficient cover for other workloads/team members when necessary.
Skills Required:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills developed in a variety of deadline orientated situations.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people.
- Inquisitive with good investigation skills
- Able to collate data and provide evidence.
- Experience on planning/CMS/Database system
Working hours - 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
