Responsible for smoothly running the day to day administration processes of a care home. This includes maintaining and completing accurate financial records with the ability to prepare and issue management reports, to ensure the process receipts of money, resident accounts and accurate calculation of wages. In addition the candidate will provide admin/secretarial support to the home manager. Good numerical and word processing skills is required with knowledge of using , MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Previous experience is essential. . Hours of work 30 hours per week, 9.00am - 4pm.
