We are looking to recruit a part time Office Administrator to start work immediately. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising their workload and working with minimal supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The role is temporary initially but does have the potential to be permanent, the client would ideally like the candidate to work 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Invoice customers for goods received, follow up outstanding invoices and contact bad debtors if applicable.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, contractual, financial, other data and maintain timesheets and annual leave records for all staff.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain ongoing, review and renewal of various contracts to ensure value for money, including suppliers and utilities.
- Maintain motor services, insurance and MOT's.
- Purchases of ingredients, supporting the sales team with sales calls/strategies
- Collating of staff hours for wages payment run
