Job description

As a busy and expanding London Florist company, we are seeking a person with an eye for detail, has excellent organisational skills and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment to join our team.

The working requirements of the role is currently 4 days per week, with each shift starting at 7am and finishing at 6pm.

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Printing daily orders

* Booking orders outside of London with a courier

* Liaising with our overseas office to ensure orders are sent in a timely manner

* Filing future orders by both dates and postcodes

* Communicating with the florist teams regarding order fulfillment

* Assisting the logistics team when needed

* Stock check of office supplies

* Minimal customer service duties

* Trouble shooting and problem solving

* Ideally we are seeking someone who has experience in a previous role

* Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team

* You will be required to work some weekends when needed

You will be working from our warehouse which is based in Park Royal, NW10

Full training will be provided

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
