Office Administrator and Receptionist

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, so your exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanour will be essential.
As an Office Administrator and Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front desk
- Answering and directing phone calls and receiving and distributing mail
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as an Office Administrator or receptionist
- Full driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Exceptional attention to detail
