We have an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator to join our client based in Sturminster Marshall who specialise in the Construction Industry.
Role - Office Administrator
Salary - £25,000
Rota - 37.5 hours per week
Temporary to permanent basis (after 6 months probation period).
Key responsibilities:
- General admin roles including typing up estimates.
- The ability to negotiate with sales and chase leads.
- Helping to move customers through the process e.g., from sales to purchase through a CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Answer phone calls and emails from suppliers and clients.
- Be able to manage your own work load and work to your own timings.
- Work on multiple different systems like Microsoft Office, Monday and Connecteam.
