Position: Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: Knowle in Bristol
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Up to £23,000 based on a 40 hour week
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with some Coordinating experience for a full time permanent position based in the Bristol area
This position will be working within a team of administrators that coordinate engineers out to maintenance jobs throughout the Bristol area.
This position will be dealing with one major client, coordinating engineers over a larger area. These engineers will be maintenance engineers, electrical engineers, air conditioning engineers and heating engineers.
The right person for this position will already have a strong office administration background, they also need to have some experience in coordinating people or engineers.
This is an office based role, there is no remote working.
Requirements
- Strong working background in office administration
- Based in a commutable distance to Knowle.
- Must be willing to work in an office environment.
- It would be a major advantage if this person has done coordinating.
- Must have excellent IT skills
- Good telephone manner
- Able to multi task
