Reeley Limited are the UK’s largest Independent Supplier of Lift & Escalator components and we are looking for an Office Junior to join our Solihull office. The ideal candidate is a team player, who is ready to learn from our existing office staff. You must be self-motivated with an eye for detail and an enthusiasm for a job well done.
Your role will include
- Order Processing. Your day will mainly involve using Sage50 to process orders ready for despatch. This will involve generating paperwork and shipping labels and requires a high level of attention to detail. Training for both systems will be provided.
- General Office Administration. Filing customer orders, organising paperwork, following procedures and inputting ‘out of stock’ Sales Orders onto Sage as required.
- Answering Telephone Calls. Assisting customers with basic enquiries and transferring calls.
- Other duties. General Office duties as required, including maintaining the flow of orders between the Warehouse and the main office.
What we need from you
- ‘A Level’ standard qualification.
- Current Knowledge of Sage 50 preferred but not necessary
- At least 2 years of office experience
- At least 2 years of recent Microsoft Outlook experience
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Good Attention to Detail.
- A good Telephone Manner is essential.
