Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Office Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis for their client based in Harlow
Full training is offered and there are genuine opportunities for progression within the business
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and the salary will be between 23000 & 25000 per annum dependant upon experience
This equates to an hourly rate of between 11.06 per hour and 12.02 per hour
Experience required for this position:
Excellent administration and customer service skills
Numerate and familiar with Microsoft office packages
Excellent team work skills
Positive can do attitude
The ability to organise and prioritise workload
The main objectives of the role are:
To present a professional and positive image on the telephone
To be an effective member of the operations team and promote teamwork.
To comply with office policies/practices.
To ensure the company's procedures relating to quality and health & safety are adhered to
Main duties:
Customer and client liaison, making and taking calls to answer queries and book appointments
To update/amend the client management database when required.
Team working, assisting colleagues where necessary
To collate & co-ordinate distribution of documents To collate all data putting relevant information on the client management database.
To manage the work in progress and ensure all works are progressed to completion to allow reports and invoices to be sent to the client.
