Job description

Sales Office Administrator

Are you an experience Administrator, looking to work for a well-established company?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Sales Office Administrator to join a friendly company based on the outskirts of Colchester on a permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This is a fully office-based role with free parking.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Being first point of contact for telephone enquiries

  • Managing an inbox and replying to emails efficiently

  • Processing sale orders

  • Updating spreadsheets and other documentation such as customer care bookings as required

  • Liaising with suppliers and the sales team by providing ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office

To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail and must have your own transport due to company location. You must also be an excellent communicator, with a professional telephone manner and have good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
