Kingspan Insulation are a leading manufacturer of high-performance rigid insulation within the construction industry. We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our growing business.
Responsibilities of our Sales Office Administrator:
- To receive and input all sales orders within agreed deadlines, ensuring their accuracy.
- To liaise with Sales Managers regarding discounted prices where necessary.
- To liaise with the Transport Department to ensure all deliveries are made on schedule.
- To inform the Finance Department when orders exceed agreed credit limits.
- To inform the relevant Sales Manager should the Finance Department not agree to raise the credit limit and advise of delay in completion of order.
- To deal with queries on incorrect invoices and complete a credit note request form where necessary.
- To deal with customer complaints and resolve.
- To provide support to all other team members to enable all deadlines to be met.
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by the Sales Director / Sales Office Manager / Sales Office Supervisor.
