Our client is an established and successful business based in Redcar. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The job you will be Doing
- Customer focused both internally and externally
- Working closely with team manager ensuring all system work orders and system admin are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain and update company data bases and filing systems
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, orders and reports
- Develop and work towards system housekeeping
- Handling any general administrative tasks
About You
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work with a just do it approach.
