KM4HR are recruiting an experienced Office Administrator for a successful local business based centrally in Stevenage.
This busy office now requires a confident, fast paced staff member to take on all the operational administrative duties reporting directly to the Directors of this business.
Solid experience gained within a similar role in an office environment is essential.
Daily duties will include:
- Confirming company contracts and administering the full process, internally and externally (training provided)
- Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of projects
- Allocating work for all field teams
- Maintaining all files held for customers and staff members
- Supporting the payroll process by processing timesheets
- Preparation of invoices & applications for payment for the finance team
- Organising all office supplies
Skills Required:
While previous administration experience is essential, specific elements of this role will have training provided. Confidence and a working knowledge of the MS suite (including Excel) is mandatory.
In addition, you will need:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Professional communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- High level of accuracy in record keeping
- Flexibility in order to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation
*Expeirence gained within a construction environment would be beneficial but not essential*
This is a full time, onsite position, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
