About the Role:
As a Office Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our client's Lettings department. Your tasks will involve liaising with charities, commercial developers, and property management companies, assisting in their mission to match properties with specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with charities and not-for-profit organisations regarding their property requirements.
- Contact commercial developers regarding redevelopment projects.
- Collaborate with property management companies and commercial agents.
- Conduct phone and email communication with clients and charities.
The Ideal Candidate:
If you're approachable, detail-orientated, and possess excellent communication skills, you're the one we're looking for! Proficiency in MS Office and a confident telephone manner are essential to this role.
