I am currently recruiting for an Office Junior/Administrator to join my client in Glasgow City Centre, on an ongoing temporary contract with possibility to go permanent. You must be available to start on the 30th October 2023.
You will be based in the office full time working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary for this position is between £10.42-£11.00 per hour, DOE.
You will be responsible for:
- General admin support throughout the office
- Taking inbound calls and covering reception when required
- Organising meeting rooms and travel/accommodation
- Responsible for general office admin such as ordering stationery and supporting with any team administration
- Email inbox management
